Daikon, onion, coriander and lemon are all damp-resolving foods. This refreshing salad makes a great side to balance richer dishes, and is particularly good for those with excess Dampness.

Ingredients

Per person

1 Daikon Radish (Mooli)
1 Small Red or White Onion
Small Handful of Fresh Coriander Leaf
Squeeze of Lemon
Salt and Pepper

Method

Slice the daikon/mooli into thin rounds, and slice the onion as finely as possible. Season with salt, pepper and a generous squeeze of lemon juice. Sprinkle over a handful of fresh coriander leaves and you’re done.
