The ingredients all nourish the blood and/or yin (except the sunflower seeds which nourish qi and the pumpkin seeds which are warming, to offset the cold of the yoghurt. They both add a bit more texture to the granola too). For those who are particularly blood deficient, add dates to the granola and grapes at the end.

Per person

50g rolled oats
2tbsp honey or agave nectar
1tbsp raisins
2-3 chopped dried apricots
1tsp sunflower seeds
1tsp pumpkin seeds
1/2 tsp sesame seeds
3tbsp Greek yoghurt
4-5 raspberries

Heat a frying pan and add the oats and seeds. Toast until the oats start to brown, stirring occasionally. Remove from the heat, add the dried fruit and honey (or Agave nectar) and mix well. Transfer to a bowl, pour over the yoghurt and top with fresh raspberries. Drizzle on a little more honey/Agave if you like.
